Consultation Deposit Policy

A $100 consultation deposit is required to schedule a bridal consultation at Margo West Bridal Couture. This deposit is applied in full toward your total alteration or design service cost. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not appear for your scheduled appointment.

Service Agreements

Services including bridal alterations, custom gown design, design additions, and gown preservation are governed by individual service agreements established at the time of your consultation. Key terms typically include:

• Payment schedule and deposit requirements for your specific project
• Timeline and fitting schedule for your gown
• Scope of work agreed upon at the consultation
• Policy for additional alterations or changes requested after initial agreement

Verbal or written agreements made during your consultation govern your specific service engagement. If questions arise, please contact us directly.

Gown Care and Responsibility

When you entrust your gown to Margo West Bridal Couture, we handle it with the highest level of professional care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in gowns brought to us. We will identify and document any existing damage during your initial consultation. Our liability for any gown in our care is limited to the cost of services performed on that gown.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website. Including text, photographs, design elements, and logos. Is the property of Margo West Bridal Couture or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Photography and Portfolio Use

We may request permission to photograph completed gowns for portfolio and marketing purposes. We will always ask before photographing any gown associated with an identifiable bride. You may decline without affecting your service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
